Our Journey Towards the Slow Food Recognition
Casa Amerino was born from a passion for craft beer and a desire to share its culture in a complete and meaningful way. After years of experience producing beer at Birrificio Amerino, we decided to open our doors directly to visitors by creating a restaurant and taproom inside the brewery itself, where production and hospitality coexist under one roof.
From the very beginning, we chose to focus on uncompromising quality. Our beers are brewed with artisanal care and served only a few meters away from the brewhouse where they are created. At the same time, we have developed a food offering based on carefully selected ingredients, freshly prepared dishes and recipes specifically designed to complement the unique characteristics of our beers.
Burgers, pizzas, appetizers and seasonal specialties are not simply menu items; they are part of a culinary journey that celebrates the perfect balance between food and beer. Every decision, from ingredient sourcing to customer service, is guided by our desire to provide a genuine, welcoming and memorable experience.
Being awarded the “Locale Goloso” recognition in the Birre d’Italia 2027 Guide by Slow Food acknowledges not only the quality of our beers, but also our ability to create a coherent gastronomic experience that transforms a visit to the brewery into something truly special.
